En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, l'entreprise a adopt\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de mesures pour assurer \u00e0 la fois la pr\u00e9vention et le contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie et la reprise de la production. Depuis la reprise du travail le 17 f\u00e9vrier, l'entreprise a strictement mis en \u0153uvre le syst\u00e8me de pr\u00e9vention et de contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie. En plus de la d\u00e9sinfection r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de l'usine et des tests de temp\u00e9rature, elle a \u00e9galement envoy\u00e9 du personnel sp\u00e9cial pour s'enregistrer \u00e0 la porte de l'usine et effectuer des tests de temp\u00e9rature et la d\u00e9sinfection des mains et des pieds du personnel entrant et sortant pour assurer la pr\u00e9vention et le contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9pid\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burley a \u00e9galement organis\u00e9 la reprise du travail en stricte conformit\u00e9 avec les exigences gouvernementales, a contact\u00e9 les employ\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re proactive et s'est occup\u00e9 de toutes les cartes d'acc\u00e8s pour les employ\u00e9s afin de les aider \u00e0 retourner dans l'entreprise en douceur. Dans le m\u00eame temps, les employ\u00e9s de l'entreprise sont pay\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment au syst\u00e8me de l'entreprise, qu'ils soient en service ou en isolement. Les travailleurs en service ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d'un mois de logement et de repas gratuits et ont remplac\u00e9 le riz et la nourriture en barriques par des bo\u00eetes, qui seront r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es par tous les ateliers et services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
